Losing weight - nothing easier than that - A diet that really works.

FND - Full Nutrition Diet (S000000)

I am Peter F. Alderman and I have developed a new clever nutritional concept.

How we lose weight without starving


The name of this new form of nutrition is FND - Full Nutrition Diet, i.e. a concept in which one takes in all the necessary nutrients every day. All "Diet" concepts on the market require counting calories, halving of meal arrangements or a very intensive sports program, according to the motto: More calories must be consumed with all force. Reducing calories only works as long as you are willing to eat too few. After 6 months at the latest, the body is more hungry than it has the will. So you eat like before and the yo-yo effect is back. The pounds come back. These programs usually end with a yo-yo effect.

The FND program is different. Here you learn how to eat all the nutrients you need on a daily basis. Because only when your body is full can you lose weight. Therefore you can eat what you want (In the beginning there are only a few restrictions).


If you are hungry, you cannot lose weight in the long run. So we have to give the body what it needs in nutrients. This is already an important difference. We make sure that the body gets all the nutrients, then you can eat what you want. Many people have been malnourished for 20, 30 or 40 years and have underdeveloped small intestine activity. We want to change that. We will make sure that most of the food is digested in the small intestine and very little in the large intestine. Much of what is digested in the small intestine is made available to the body as energy. Most of what is digested in the large intestine is converted into fat.

The overall concept includes 12 steps to find a new balance. Let me list the main features here:

- You will never feel hungry because we give the body all the nutrients.

- You can eat whatever you want in the beginning.

- Your body will notice the change to the new food concept. For some it will take days, for others a few weeks and for others a few months, after which you will automatically have a different appetite (usually for more healthy food)

- The change of food is done with intelligence, not hunger

- Guaranteed no yo-yo effect

- The program has 12 levels and you decide when you want to go to the next level

- The long-term change in nutrition is the main focus

- The body finds its new balance all by itself.

- The body does not count calories, so we will of course not count calories

- The change of diet has a lot to do with psychology, so we will also take care of that.

Here is an overview of the 12 levels of the program:

The first 6 steps are mandatory and must also be carried out in this order

Step 1: We can only lose weight when the body is full. For lunch and dinner: 1st course: fruit, 2nd course: wild herb salad, how we starve ourselves and why losing weight is so easy.

Step 2: How the body digests raw fruits and vegetables (= permanent food).

Step 3: How the body digests heated food (= emergency food)

Step 4: Why it is important to know the digestion times of food and why we should only ever drink alcohol on an empty stomach.

The next 6 levels are optional (here in the blog they are presented in order). In a later feeding program, everyone can then choose the next level they want to work through.

Step 7: Why it is important to know your pH and what this has to do with your immune system.

Step 8: How to get drunk properly and why we should drink all drinks (except tap water) only with a silver cup.

Step 9: What is a snack and how many snacks are actually allowed.

Step 10: How we should eat fish and meat properly.
