Blog 1 - We can only lose weight when the body is full

Losing weight - nothing easier than that - by Peter F. Alderman

FND - Full Nutrition Diet (S01B01)

Today from the chapter: What do I have to do?

Because of my allergies, I have tried many different nutritional concepts. Vegetarian, vegan, no-carb, low-carb, counting calories, consuming more calories with exercise, etc. Most of these concepts work temporarily, but never permanently. Therefore I tried a new form of nutrition with friends and acquaintances, which is based on the body getting all the vitamins and nutrients it needs. Then the body is full, and only then can you lose weight. We call this new form of nutrition FND - Full Nutrition Diet

Overview of the blogs in this month:

Stage 1: At lunch and dinner the first course must be fruit and the second-course salad.

How does nutrition actually work: How we starve ourselves.

How can I lose weight easily: Why losing weight is so easy.

Psychology of nutrition: How the yo-yo effect works and how we can avoid it.

In this first step, we want to achieve that the food is digested properly in the body and is not converted into fat in the large intestine.

Markus K. tested this concept for 9 months. Effect: 14 kilograms less on the scales. He did not go hungry for a single day. Renate M. carried out the FND concept for 4 months and lost 4 kilograms. But she is already close to her ideal weight. Her primary goal is a healthy diet.

Basically, the small intestine digests a variety of foods with enzymes. These enzymes break down the food on a molecular level and the small particles that are cut off are then absorbed into the body through the skin of the small intestine. Everything that the small intestine does not digest eventually ends up in the large intestine. There are microbes there that further break down everything "edible" and absorb it into the body through the colon skin.

The enzymes in the small intestine are unfortunately only incomplete. In order for them to work they need so-called co-enzymes. These are usually produced from vitamins A, B and C. To make sure that the food in the small intestine is digested, we must always eat fruit as the first course.

Rule 1a: The 1st course at lunch and dinner must always be fruit.

It does not matter which fruit. It must be raw and must not be covered with chocolate, only fruit. Very simple. This ensures that the small intestine when it receives food can process it.

Humans do not live on fruit alone, they need other nutrients for the body to function. The most common and important nutrients are found in dark green salad, e.g. rocket, spinach or lamb's lettuce. This salad should then be eaten as a 2nd starter.

Rule 1b: The 2nd course at lunch and dinner must always be a dark green salad.

One starter plate is quite sufficient. The dark green salads are also often served as wild herb salad. It is important that the salad is dark green. Which other ingredients you add to this salad is up to you. Tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, peppers, etc. Everything that is available in the supermarket, in your own garden or at the farmers can be added.

With the first and second courses, you have taken in all the important vitamins and nutrients. Your body is actually full. Your head probably is not yet. So now you can eat what you want as a third course. There is no quantity restriction in the beginning and there is no restriction on food in the beginning. In the third course, you can eat what you want, no matter what.

We want them to get used to the first course: "fruit" and the second course: "salad". Fruit and salad as starters is the first and most important step in the change of diet. With the FND diet, you give your body 100% nutrients per day. It is important that you always include fruit and salad in your new diet plan. This is the only way to ensure that your body gets all the nutrients it needs and does not go hungry. You are free to choose the third course. There are no restrictions. In the next blogs, we will learn how to make the third course a little healthier. But we will only do this when it is guaranteed that the first and second courses are firmly built into your nutrition plan.

With the new FND concept we want to give the body nutrients, all the nutrients the body needs per day: That's 100%. Over the next few weeks and months, we will make a dietary change, and we will do it in such a way that the body is full, because only then can it lose weight.
